At UCH, memory is a powerful thing. When we look eight decades back, we are filled with unforgettable moments and an unparalleled sense of pride that brought us to this stage. Opening its doors in 1942 , the year of the Quit India Movement, UCH was envisioned by the late Lala Hansraj Kalra not as a mere restaurant but a space that brought together different walks of life, culture, and thought. So with a slice of the continent on its menu, UCH began its legacy of uniting and shaping a new culture in Delhi.
